Proposal Submission Guidelines
To maintain efficient and high-quality governance within the DAO, all proposals must meet the following criteria before submission:
Token Holding Requirement: A proposer must hold at least 2.5 million tokens to submit a proposal.
Governance Alignment: The proposal must comply with the DAO’s established governance framework.
Proposal Categories
Proposals generally fall under the following categories:
Infrastructure Investments (e.g., expanding GPU clusters)
Revenue Allocation Strategies
Community Grant Applications
Policy Adjustments (e.g., modifications to resource distribution rules)
Proposal Structure
Each proposal should be clear, well-structured, and include the following sections:
Summary (100-150 words)
A concise overview covering the proposal’s intent, expected benefits, and key outcomes.
Detailed Explanation (300-500 words)
A thorough breakdown, including background information, objectives, and execution plans.
Team & Expertise (150-250 words)
An introduction to the proposal’s authors, their expertise, and past experience relevant to its success.
Impact on the DAO (200-300 words)
An analysis of how the proposal will benefit the DAO, such as financial gains, ecosystem expansion, or strategic advantages.
Financial Requirements (100-200 words)
A transparent budget detailing fund allocation and justification for the requested amount.
Timeline & Milestones
A realistic timeline with key milestones, outlined in weekly increments.
Deliverables & Expected Outcomes (150-250 words)
A clear list of tangible deliverables and measurable outcomes from the proposal’s implementation.
Proposal Review Process (soon)
Before moving to a vote, proposals undergo an initial evaluation by the Official Manager Agent, which includes:
A detailed impact assessment
An alignment check with the DAO’s mission
Financial projections (if applicable)
The Official Manager Agent’s report will be publicly shared with DAO members prior to the voting phase.
Implementation & Oversight
Approved proposals will be executed transparently, with periodic progress updates to the community.
The Official Manager Agent will oversee execution and report progress to the DAO.
Transparency & Auditing
All governance decisions, voting records, and financial reports will be made publicly accessible.
Quarterly reports will provide insights into financial performance, resource allocation, and upcoming initiatives.
