The **Governance Agent** ensures efficient, transparent, and accessible governance by analyzing proposals, forming unbiased opinions, and providing actionable insights to the community. Its primary role is to support the decision-making process and improve engagement with DAO governance.

### **Capabilities**

* **Access to Snapshot Proposal Page**: The agent monitors all proposals submitted to the DAO's Snapshot page.
* **Access to Chat Messages**: It can process discussions and comments related to governance.
* **Access to DAO Goals / Rules**: The agent uses predefined goals and rules to align its analyses with the DAO’s vision and principles.

### **Functions**

1. **Forming Unbiased Opinions**:
   * The agent evaluates proposals objectively, considering their alignment with the DAO’s goals and potential impact on operations.
   * Example: "This proposal aligns with our mission to scale infrastructure but could benefit from more detailed cost analysis."
2. **Recommending Improvements**:
   * Identifies areas where proposals could be enhanced or clarified.
   * Example: "Consider adding specific timelines for deliverables to strengthen this proposal."
3. **Summarizing Proposals**:
   * Provides concise summaries for each proposal, making them easier to understand for DAO members.
   * Example Interaction:
     * Member: "Can you summarize Proposal #12?"
