### Distribution Chart

The **total token supply** of HardwAIre DAO will be **1.1 billion tokens**.

* **1 billion tokens** will be distributed to investors through the **initial contribution phase**.
* **100 million tokens** will be added to a **Uniswap V3 liquidity pool**.

### **Treasury Market Purchase**

From the **Uniswap V3 liquidity pool**, priced at a **fully diluted valuation (FDV) based on the total raise amount (75 ETH)**, the treasury will **purchase 7.5 ETH worth of tokens** in the same atomic transaction.

This strategy ensures:

* Immediate treasury ownership of a significant token reserve.
* Reduction of market exposure to potential sniping activity.
* Tokens reserved for **one-sided liquidity provision**, **incentives for liquidity providers**, and **DAO operational costs**.

This approach balances market integrity, liquidity stability, and treasury sustainability.
